Introducing Nikol

2 year old Nikol is part of the New Generation Academy Toddler’s group.

She is a beautiful little girl who socializes well with the other children in her class.

She loves to dance to music, likes a good old chat with her friends and her favourite lesson is arts and crafts.

Nikol and her single mother were found in a dubious commune by an organization that works with at-risk mothers. When both were discovered, there were some serious concerns for Nikol’s welfare and she was placed in to sheltered accommodation.

Her mother no longer has any rights over her daughter.

Due to her early experiences, Nikol has a slight attention deficit disorder but is still being educated with children and in classes of her own age group. This gives her real hope for her future. However it is important for Nikol’s education to continue as the majority of ‘shelter’ children do not excel without a good education which

leads to generational cycles of uneducated, poor Bulgarian communities, the children of which are vulnerable to human trafficking.

The shelter in which Nikol lives is unable to cover her school fees so she must rely on the kind donations of others for her schooling to continue. We are constantly looking for good Samaritans who are able and willing to help those in unfortunate situations. Could this help come from you?
